Salted Egg II
The salted egg was ready. I had thought about eating it after 60 days. But wanna try to see if there is really oil coming out in the yolk after 80 days. And there it was, some oil in the yoke! Yeah!
p.s. I saved one for my sister. After 90 days, the salted egg is a little too salty for her. So, it may be better to eat it between 60 to 80 days next time. It was a fun experiment anyway.
