Ice Skating And Early Summer Holiday

JT tried ice skating for the first time today! He kind of like it but at the same time he wasn't very sure how to walk on slippery surface. Like all beginner kids, he was pushing a wooden penguin to help his balance.

NL did very well for his second visit to the ice-skating rink. This kid is very smart, like his dad. I haven't ice-skated for more than 20 years and am surprised to able to find my balance and push JT and his penguin around.



The government has finally announced the close of all the kindergartens and primary schools for the rest of the school year due to the human swine flu situation. I do need to sit down to plan more outdoor activities for JT.
