Lantern Festival

The Lantern Festival is an important festival especially for the kids. It's a time to play with lantern. When I was young, we play with lanterns made of paper and in it we put a small lighted candle. We run around with them.

For this generation, children play mostly with plastic lanterns with a small light bulb in them to avoid any fire harzard. Tonight, after the family reunion dinner, we headed out to the park to watch some lantern display in the park. They are so beautiful!
