Hiking in Tai Mo Shan

Perhaps the best way to start a new year is to do things one like most. I was so lucky to be able to go hiking with JT , OT and some other friends today. First, because so many friends are available. Second, JT is finally old enough to walk a good distance without getting tired.

Our friend picked the counry park of the tallest mountain in Hong Kong, Tai Mo Shan. It is an extremely easy walk for the family as we only walk at the base of the mountain. Here is where we start.

A farmer is harvesting some watercress in the field. Later on, we went to taste some in a Dim Sum restaurant nearby.

It was fun to go with so many kids. They keep each other company and pick flowers, leaves and seeds on the path during the hike.
